Whether using Swiftpass mobile ticketing or mobile couponing, full and accurate reporting is an integral component of our products and systems. The Swiftpass system records and reports large amounts of data related to each individual transaction - allowing mobile tickets to be tracked from dispatch to redemption whilst capturing valuable consumer purchasing behaviour.
When utilising mobile coupons, our customers can now gain an accurate indication of not only the up-take of a given campaign but also the specifics of each and every redemption; end-user, date, time, product and location - all in real-time. Furthermore, when utilising Swiftpass hardware that is integrated into EPOS, all purchase data can be fed directly into the unit for ease of reconciliation and auditing.
For short-term projects and when linking into EPOS is not required, Swiftpass can work as a stand-alone system to deliver the required results. Whether using mobile coupons as a stand-alone or fully integrated application, implementing an effective and fully auditable campaign is quick, secure and cost-effective.
For customers utilising mobile ticketing, Swiftpass have also recognised the need to track purchasing behaviour and harvest consumer data. It is imperative that full delivery reports are provided so that each individual mobile ticket can be tracked and accounted for - data that is automatically fed back to our customers in real-time.
Just as important, is the requirement to know exactly who is in the venue or mode of transport at any given moment - upon scanning at Swiftpass hardware, redemptions are logged and data fed back to our customers.
The vast amounts of data collated by the Swiftpass system can be viewed and searched online in its raw format, or can further be downloaded as a tabular (CSV) file or as XML. Statistical analysis is quick and simple through the Swiftpass control centre, allowing customers to monitor activity and implement effective changes in strategy.
