Integration

The Swiftpass mobile ticketing and couponing system is an open and accessible webservices-based platform which have been designed to be seamlessly integrated with most legacy ticketing/commerce applications to ensure that tickets can be purchased using the full spectrum of sales channels. It is crucial that Swiftpass applications can allow the free-flow of data between our systems and our customers and as such, integration is possible with the following;
Website
Integration between our application and our customers' websites allows their consumers to book and pay for tickets as normal. Upon completion of the financial transaction and once payment has been authorised, consumers are given the option of receiving the ticket on their mobile phone. The consumer is then prompted to enter their mobile details and a trigger is sent to Swiftpass servers to initiate delivery. Integrating Swiftpass into online booking and e-commerce applications is straight forward as the system is web-based and platform independent.
Call Centre and Box-Office
Swiftpass can provide the relevant software modules to allow our customers’ call handlers and box-office staff to easily distribute mobile tickets. Seamless integration between Swiftpass and venue management systems enables the automatic allocation of mobile tickets based on inventory levels. Real-time system updates and instant delivery of mobile tickets allow for effective fulfillment.
IVR Platform (Interactive Voice Response)
IVR systems provide a cost-effective and automated ticket booking and sales mechanic, with no requirement for staff intervention. Swiftpass can provide a proprietary IVR platform to customers or our applications can be integrated with an existing IVR provider. Either method allows end-users to book, pay for and receive tickets using their mobile phone.
Mobile Short-code
Integration with mobile short-code numbers (i.e. 81808), allow for mobile tickets/coupons to be acquired through a simple text-in mechanic. Having seen a call-to-action, consumers are required to text a keyword to the short-code in order for the mobile ticket/coupon to be instantly delivered – a method that is particularly effective for sales promotions utilising Swiftpass mobile couponing.
WAP Site
Swiftpass can develop WAP sites for clients, allowing their customers to book and pay for mobile tickets through their mobile handset internet browser. Fully branded and interactive WAP sites prompt end-users to enter the relevant payment and mobile details in order to complete the transaction and receive their mobile ticket. Alternatively, Swiftpass can integrate with existing WAP sites to facilitate mobile ticket acquisition.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems
The Swiftpass system has been built to be fully accessible and can accommodate information being pushed into it as well as passing information out. Seamless integration between the Swiftpass application and our customers’ existing CRM tools allows data related to mobile ticket /coupon dispatch and redemption to be fed directly back into their central databases. Swiftpass collate and report large amounts of information relating to each individual transaction – all of which can provide valuable opportunities for consumer profiling whilst bolstering CRM databases.
Electronic Point-of-Sale (EPOS) Systems
Swiftpass hardware can be integrated into EPOS systems to allow all redemption data to be fed directly back into the point-of-sale unit. Wireless or wired connections between Swiftpass hardware and EPOS systems can simplify and speed-up the fulfillment process, whilst the automatic creation of an audit trial, aids reconciliation at the end of the retail day.
